The Italian Giant Frill Canary is part of curled canaries, considered a subspecies of domestic canaries obtained, in many years of selection, by amateur breeders.

Feeding: classic of domestic Canaries, they feed essentially on small seeds, which break the shell. Their diet is also supplemented with other plant-based material such as berries, fruit, vegetables and vegetables, while breeding pairs are given egg or insect larvae.
