METHOD OF PAYMENT

The order will be processed only upon receipt of the amount transferred, so the normal delivery time must be added to the above bank schedule.

ORDER RETURN: the delivery of the order is considered to have taken place when the products have been made available to the customer, and it is his responsibility to verify the adequacy of the products with respect to the order placed.

If there are complaints regarding damage, defects or deficiencies of the products, the communication must be made within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time of receipt. Hobby Natura will accept the return of goods if due to causes attributable to it, for incorrect delivery of the product and if it does not correspond to the customer's request. In such cases, we will immediately replace the product with another in perfect condition at our expense.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate in writing to the e-mail address: info@hobbynaturaornitologia.com indicating:
  • Name and surname of the customer;
  • List the product(s) and/or accessory(s) to be refunded;
  • Reason for withdrawal;
The product must be completely intact in its parts and must not be opened or tested. The package must keep intact all original wording and barcode. You will be contacted to proceed with the return at: HOBBY NATURA di Valentini Ivan, Miramare di Rimini, via Losanna 41, cap 47924 - Rimini (Italy).

If the goods are temporarily unavailable, we will issue you with a voucher of the same value as the amount you have spent to use for a future order.

NOTE: The customer has the right to return the goods, obtaining vouchers for a new purchase, even if the item requested is correct but does not meet his expectations. In this case, the shipment will be charged to the customer and will also be charged the initial shipment by Hobby Natura if made free of charge.
